Huang Hai said at the "Sixth Asia-Pacific Wholesale Market Conference and China Agricultural Wholesale Market Development 30 Years Ceremony" held recently that more than 90% of China's logistics enterprises are small and medium-sized enterprises, and the market homogenization competition is serious. Third-party logistics accounts for less than 25% of the logistics market, and more than 75% in the United States and Japan. Logistics public information platform construction backward, information management level is not high. Agricultural products cold chain transport facilities lack, decay and deterioration and other phenomena occur from time to time. The problem of "the last kilometer" is outstanding. The connection between supply and demand, vehicles and goods, goods and warehouses is not smooth. The empty rate of vehicles is as high as 30% to 80%, which is 3 to 8 times that of European and American countries. Therefore, China will devote itself to creating an "upgraded version" of the wholesale market for agricultural products, and the agricultural product market will be transformed from the traditional organization of agricultural products trading to guiding production and promoting consumption; from the traditional realization of agricultural product value to extending the industrial chain and increasing added value; from the traditional satisfaction of market demand to exploring demand and creating demand.

According to Huang Hai, in addition to actively absorbing foreign capital, various localities are adopting various ways to explore the construction of agricultural products market. For the construction of cross-regional circulation infrastructure, mainly loan financial discount interest, at the same time encourage government equity investment in large-scale agricultural product circulation infrastructure with reference to the support mode of public welfare agricultural product wholesale market. The financial funds are mainly used to support the construction of agricultural products cold chain logistics distribution center, comprehensive processing and distribution center and origin distribution center with centralized procurement and cross-regional distribution capacity; develop agricultural products e-commerce, promote the coordinated development of agricultural products production and marketing and supply chain, Internet of Things and Internet; and establish provincial public information platform integrating production, supply and marketing.
