The edible mushroom industry has played an important role in increasing farmers' income and promoting the construction of a new countryside. However, in recent years, with the overall development of China's economic situation slowing down, due to the rise of raw materials and labor costs, overcapacity, market weakness and other factors, industrial development has slowed down periodically. According to relevant statistics, the annual output of edible fungi in China in 2013 was 31.6968 million tons, with an output value of 201.79 billion yuan.
