On the morning of Feb. 12, Minister of Agriculture Han Changfu presided over the plenary meeting of the leading Group on deepening Rural Reform of the Ministry of Agriculture to study in depth the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the meeting of the Central leading Group on comprehensively deepening Reform.
