Last Updated: 2024/11/05, Many flower friends have curled the leaves of the carnation at home, but they don't know how to help it recover. In fact, it is very simple, first find the cause, and then take the corresponding treatment methods. If you are infected with rust, remove the diseased leaves and spray medicine for treatment; if the light is too strong, shade properly; if flower fertilizer is not applied properly, use the correct method of fertilizing.

1. Disease problem

(1) specific reason: this is the most likely reason. There is a disease called rust. It belongs to a fungal disease. It can mainly harm the leaves. When you first get sick, the leaves show yellowish-brown spots, which then protrude and darken. If the plant suffers from this disease, not only the above symptoms will appear, but also the leaves are likely to curl.

(2) solution: if it is sick, we must first dispose of the diseased leaves so as not to affect others. Then we have to spray some medicine, such as nifedipine solution. Every five days to once a week, two or three times in a row.

2. Light problem

(1) specific reason: sunlight is necessary for plants to grow healthily. However, if the light is too strong, or continuous light for too long, there may also be some problems. For example, you may find that the leaves have become curly.

(2) solution: if this is the case, then we will have to adjust the intensity of the light and there is still time. Usually, just put it where you can see the scattered light. Don't be too shady, nor can the light be too strong. In doing so, the curling of the leaves may be alleviated.

3. Fertilizer problem

(1) specific reason: improper fertilization is also a possible reason. One is that too much is applied, and the other is that the fertilizer has not been fermented. Both are possible.

(2) solution: limit the fertilizer applied, the concentration should not be too high. In addition, fermented fertilizer is applied.
