Business opportunities forecast: homestead can only be transferred within the collective, can not be sold to urban people, that is to say, can not enter the market! After farmers choose to withdraw from the homestead for a fee, how to deal with the homestead? Some may be used for homestead redistribution, the rest may be adjusted for collective construction land, and collective construction land can be fully entered the market!
