When the young farmers return to their hometown, they often overlook a very important point: 'who pays his salary?' In the past, someone paid him his salary, but once he entered agriculture and sold agricultural products, he had to pay his own salary. What's it called? ── starts a business. He used to be an employee before becoming a youth farmer. The average employee's thinking is only to 'get things done' or even 'get things done', but that is not enough for people who want to start a business and'be bosses'. ── 'things need to be done right': marketing, business, management, integration with the market, and continuous innovation, otherwise someone will soon be competitive and imitated, or even be eliminated.

I mentioned this at the beginning because I started my own business and worked as a boss, but most of the young farmers I met didn't realize that they were starting a business and often thought too simply, and his past experience lacked entrepreneurial experience, or even such thinking. And I want to help the young farmer to 'start a business', but if his thinking doesn't move forward, frankly speaking, I can't help him either. At least in his mind, he should start to improve his ── and want to'do the right thing', 'stay long' and 'grow big'. That's one step at a time, so I think it's absolutely necessary to go up step by step.

What the agronomic bazaar can provide

So how do you do that? There are three ways: the first core is in the Hepu Agricultural Bazaar, that is, the 'community'. After all, it is very difficult to sell by yourself: young farmers who are good at planting are usually not good at selling, they are more willing to get along with themselves and nature, and even many people reject selling. Of course, in the market concentration, the most important thing is: you are directly facing the consumers. Why do consumers buy from me? Why don't consumers buy from me? How is this market changing?' You will know very clearly, after all, who is coming to buy from me and why you are willing to talk to me. If you contact and face it, you will certainly know the ── of this market, but if you give it to the middleman to sell, you will not be able to explore it. In addition, you can build die-hard fans, you can interact directly with consumers and build relationships.

And we are all farmers who take part in the bazaar, and you may also encounter the problems that I will encounter, and the problems that he will encounter are also that we have to learn from each other. Therefore, we attach great importance to ── in the bazaar, which is a very important process for young farmers: to connect directly with the market, to find ways to cultivate their own die-hard fans, and to learn and cooperate with farmers and friendly businessmen in the bazaar.

But in the end, if you change your mind and release your kindness, I will immediately return your kindness and cooperate with you. To tell you the truth, both enterprises and society are in a state of both competition and cooperation, but it is very necessary to learn how to decide when the ── should compete healthily and when to cooperate.

If the farmer is a friendly agricultural method, he will be happy to promote kindness. I'm even afraid that others don't know what to do! And to tell you the truth, when the young farmers become more and more successful, the market is very ruthless. If a farmer is framed and others check that there are pesticide residues in his agricultural products, how can he prove himself? At this time, the use of scientific and technological methods becomes very important.

In no hurry, prepare yourself.

Therefore, the thinking of 'green farmers is starting a business' ── should be established. Once you become a 'boss', no matter whether you have your own land or not, business is very important. If the character is not very good at selling, then at least recognize the way of a group of people, through the community to try, cooperate, and use the current technology app to record, to promote good, at the same time to participate in courses, multi-party learning and links, improve all aspects of their own. So, since you have business skills and companions to communicate with each other, you can ask any questions, which means you are all ready. First understand this aspect, observe and study for only two or three years, during this period, strive to expand yourself, there is no hurry for ──, after all, it takes only 30 years to work as a farmer.
