Last Updated: 2024/11/05, If you want to have more flowers, the soil should be fertile enough, water and fertilizer management should always pay attention to, and the temperature should be adjusted according to the seasons, preferably between 13 and 22 degrees. The flowers should be pruned in time after they wither, so that there is a chance that the flowers will keep blooming.

First, the soil should be fertile enough

It likes loose, fertile sandy soil, preferably with a lot of humus. If you live in a mountainous area, you can use the soil under the trees on the mountain, which is generally black and nutritious. If you live in the plain, you can use ordinary soil to add some rotten leaves, and then mix some sand, this kind of soil is very suitable for it, can make its branches and leaves more luxuriant, flowers bigger, more.

II. Water and fertilizer management should be strengthened.

In its growth period to keep the flower soil wet, there can not be too much stagnant water, and when it is dry, it should be watered immediately. It is usually sprayed with potassium dihydrogen phosphate once every 15 to 20 days, or sprinkled with liquid fertilizer with a very dilute concentration, or after the bean dregs are cooked and sprinkled with cool temperature, more flowers can grow.

Third, the temperature should be adjusted timely

It is suitable to survive in an environment of 13 to 22 degrees. If it is about 18 degrees, its growth is the most exuberant, and the flowers are the most beautiful. When the temperature is higher than 30 degrees, its growth will be slower, the leaves will not be as green as before, and when the temperature is below 13 degrees, it will grow more slowly and the number of long flowers will become less.

In winter, you can put it on a balcony with good closure to ensure that the surrounding temperature is above 13 degrees. In the heat of summer, put it in a cool area to ventilate, not too high temperature, or it will go dormant. After the Beginning of Autumn, it begins to grow flowers. at this time, it should be placed in an area with light and wind, and give it proper shade at noon. As long as the temperature is right, it is not cold in winter or hot in summer, it can have flowers all year round.

Fourth, pruning after flowering should be timely.

When its flowers wither, cut off its stems from the bottom, and new stems will grow again in the axils of the leaves.
