Financial support shall be given to enterprises involved in logistics construction, and preferential policies will be given in terms of finance, taxation, water and electricity consumption, etc.

The third is to encourage e-commerce to go to the countryside to build e-commerce platform. E-commerce is actively encouraged to create an online trading platform for agricultural products, and with the help of e-commerce channels and network advantages, agricultural resources are "drained online" to open up the circulation channels of agricultural products into the city. In addition, e-commerce enterprises are encouraged to use cloud computing and big data technology to provide online transaction data analysis guidance for farmers to achieve on-demand planting and customized production of agricultural products.

Fourth, support leading enterprises to build modern agricultural production bases. Encourage capable enterprises to build modern agricultural production bases that are large-scale, standardized and exemplary, and to realize traceability management and whole-process monitoring of agricultural products with the help of mobile video surveillance, QR code, Internet of things and other technologies, promote the standardization of agricultural products, cultivate specialized operation of agricultural products, and promote the upgrading of modern agricultural industries.
