Dai Tianrong suggested that the management system of agricultural and veterinary drug residues should be changed from the "listing system" of "prohibition or prohibition" to the "permission system" of "prohibition or prohibition" as soon as possible. we will explore the establishment of a new management system of agricultural and veterinary drug residue standards with the trinity of "permission standard, uniform standard, and exemption standard."

Deputies Dai Tianrong and Fu Qiping suggested that the "permission system" should be included in the "Law on quality and Safety of Agricultural products," and should be established from a legal perspective, so as to change the current situation of lack of standards for "bright substances" and prevention of "dark matter" in the field of agricultural and veterinary drugs. At the same time, we should explore the establishment of agricultural non-point source pollution prevention and compensation mechanism to encourage farmers to adopt environment-friendly agricultural technology and agricultural means of production. We will increase support for green pollution-free vegetable bases.
