Monitoring shows that the wholesale price of high-quality japonica rice produced in Jiangsu is 4540 yuan / ton, up 40 yuan / ton from the end of February, the wholesale price of japonica rice produced in Anhui is 4440 yuan / ton, up 40 yuan / ton from the end of February, and the wholesale price of round-grain japonica rice produced in Northeast China is 5000 yuan / ton, up 160 yuan / ton from the end of February.
The rice market in northwest China remained stable; as of March 11, rice prices in Ningxia were basically stable. Monitoring shows that the wholesale price of rice in this area is 1.45 yuan / jin, and the wholesale price of fourth-grade rice in the national standard is 2.36 yuan / jin, which is the same as that before the festival. After the Spring Festival, rice processing enterprises have started one after another, but the progress of rice purchase and sale is still slow, and the overall market transaction is relatively dull.
