The action of disease prevention and pest control in spring aims at preventing and controlling diseases and pests, protecting yield and income, reducing losses and increasing efficiency, starting with the implementation of wheat "one spray, three prevention" and subsidies for the unified control of major crop diseases and insect pests, earnestly strengthen disease and pest monitoring and early warning, and release pest information in a timely manner. we will vigorously promote unified control and green prevention and control, carry out emergency prevention and control in a timely manner, and minimize the loss of diseases and insect pests. We will strive to control the loss rate of major diseases and insect pests of grain and oil crops in summer, such as wheat and rape, within 5%, and the coverage rate of specialized unified prevention and control will reach more than 32%, so as to ensure a bumper harvest. The northwest wheat region focuses on strengthening the prevention and control of stripe rust and aphids at ear stage, as well as the prevention and control of powdery mildew and wheat spiders. Rape producing areas focus on the prevention and control of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, taking into account the prevention and control of aphids and other diseases and pests.
