This bonsai cultural exchange event, held by the three countries and four places, namely Japan, South Korea, Chinese mainland and Taiwan, is another grand event after the first Sino-Japanese bonsai cultural exchange event in 2016. Bonsai masters and experts from the four places gathered in the ancient Chinese city of Suzhou. It can be said to be the regional exchange activity of the highest level of bonsai art in the world today.

The current bonsai cultural exchange between China, Japan and South Korea will have an exemplary positive impact in the field of bonsai in the world. The Flower Bonsai Stone appreciation Branch of the Chinese Landscape Architecture Society and the Jiangsu Bonsai Association Union are working together to spread Chinese traditional bonsai culture and learn from each other in the atmosphere of "Art knows no national boundaries and bonsai exchanges".
