Organic fertilizer and microbial fertilizer are common flower fertilizers on the market, so what's the difference between them? let's give you a brief introduction.

1. Brief introduction and characteristics

(1) Organic fertilizer

Commonly known as farm manure, it is very rich in types, such as compost, retting manure, stable manure, green manure, cake fertilizer, mud fertilizer and so on.

After being applied to the soil, it can provide a variety of nutrients for flower growth, not only rich in a variety of elements needed for plant growth, but also a variety of medium and trace elements; decomposed can provide nutrients for soil microorganisms and accelerate the decomposition of soil organic matter; however, the fertilizer effect of organic flower fertilizer is released too slowly, and the content of nutrients is low.

(2) microbial fertilizer

Microbial fertilizer is a fertilizer preparation containing a variety of highly active microbial organisms with strong reproductive ability, which can decompose and metabolize a variety of organic compounds in soil and improve soil fertility. Long-term use can degrade heavy metals and other pollutants in soil, promote plant growth and development, reduce diseases and insect pests, enhance the multiple resistance of flowers, and improve their ornamental quality.

2. Precautions in use

(1) Organic fertilizer

Generally, it is mainly based on basic application and deep application, and ditch application, hole application or spreading application can also be used; attention should be paid to the dosage, which should not be too much, otherwise it will cause rotting roots of the plant; organic fertilizer should be completely mature before use, otherwise it contains many pathogenic bacteria and other microorganisms, which can easily lead to infected plants; there are many kinds of nutrients, but the content is small, which is suitable for the combined use of other flower fertilizers.

(2) microbial fertilizer

Generally, it is mainly based on basal application, which is mixed with seeds or buried during sowing; excessive application will not cause any harm; with less dosage, it needs to be watered immediately after use, which is more conducive to the reproduction of microorganisms; stored in a cool and dry place, can not be stacked in the open; it is forbidden to be mixed with fungicides and urea, otherwise it will cause the failure of microorganisms in the bacterial agent.

To sum up, in the process of specific fertilization, the two can be applied together, which can not only improve the soil, but also provide multiple nutrients for the growth of flowers, reduce the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, green and pollution-free.
