In order to implement the spirit of the executive meeting of the State Council on August 11, speed up the implementation of the support policy for autumn grain production, strengthen the field management of autumn grain, and seize a bumper harvest of autumn grain. Recently, our ministry decided to send working groups to Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hubei, Hunan, Guangxi, and Guangdong provinces (districts), led by leaders at the department and bureau level to supervise the work and inspect the implementation of the policy. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. the content of supervision

(1) to check the implementation of the rice fertilization subsidy policy (tillering fertilizer was applied before August 20 in the Yangtze River Basin, before August 25 in South China, and before August 25 in Northeast China).

(2) to understand the implementation of supporting policies in various localities

(3) to investigate the growth of autumn grain and the implementation of field management measures.

(4) to understand the current prices and market operation of major agricultural products.

IV. Relevant requirements

(1) the supervision team should follow easily and go deep into the key rice producing areas to understand the situation, so as to ensure the effectiveness of the supervision work.

(2) the agricultural departments of various localities should vigorously publicize the central policy of strengthening agriculture and benefiting farmers. At the same time, the working group of the Ministry of Agriculture should carry out publicity by connecting with the Central people's Broadcasting Station and being interviewed by the local media.

(3) to sum up the good practices and experiences of various localities in the production of autumn grain.

(4) timely feedback and supervision and the outstanding problems existing in the current autumn grain production

(5) after the completion of the supervision, submit the supervision report before August 31.
