Recently, it was learned from the national agrometeorological information released by the China Meteorological Administration that it is expected that 15-40 mm precipitation will occur in most parts of northern China this week, which is very beneficial to soil moisture increase and winter wheat jointing growth. There is relatively heavy rainfall in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. We should clear ditches, prepare land and store water in time, and pay attention to the adverse effects of local heavy precipitation on rape flowering and podding, early rice sowing and seedling growth.

Last week, the temperature in most parts of the country was 1 / 4 ℃ higher than usual, with the southwest and northeast of Xinjiang, the central and eastern part of Inner Mongolia, the central and northern part of the northeast, and the Sichuan Basin higher by 4 / 4 ℃ and more than 6 ℃ in some areas. There is little precipitation in most parts of the country, only the precipitation in northern Xinjiang, the eastern part of Northwest China, and the central and southern part of Southwest China is 50 to 4 times higher than that in normal years. The sunshine hours in most parts of the country are slightly more than those in the same period of the year, and the sunshine hours in most parts of Jianghuai and eastern Jianghan are 20 to 30 hours more than those in the normal year.

It is expected that 15-40 mm precipitation will occur in the eastern part of Northwest China, North China, Huang-Huai and other places this week, which is obviously beneficial to winter wheat getting up and jointing growth, increasing soil moisture, alleviating drought and preparing for spring ploughing. There will be light to moderate snow or sleet in northwest Xinjiang, Tianshan region and the south of Xizang, and heavy to blizzard in the local area, which is not conducive to the protection of livestock against cold and warmth and facility agricultural production. The average temperature in Jiangnan spring sowing area is slightly higher than that in the same period of normal year, which is beneficial to the growth and development of rape and other local crops and early rice sowing and seedling raising. The spring sowing area in the south of the Yangtze River has cloudy and rainy weather, the main rainfall period is on the 29th and April 2-4; there is heavy rainfall in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, and the precipitation in some areas along the river reaches 60,120mm. Heavy precipitation is disadvantageous to early rice sowing and seedling raising, spring sowing in dry land and rape flowering and poding. at the same time, the weather with suitable temperature and humidity can easily lead to the breeding and spread of crop diseases and insect pests.

In this regard, agricultural gas experts suggest that the northern winter wheat region should seize the favorable opportunity of precipitation and apply fertilizer reasonably to provide sufficient water and fertilizer conditions for the jointing growth of winter wheat and promote the healthy growth of wheat seedlings. Spring sowing in northern China has been carried out one after another, and soil moisture sowing should be taken in areas where precipitation occurs, and measures of plastic film mulching should be taken to ensure smooth emergence. The areas with heavy snowfall in northern Xinjiang and southern Xizang should strengthen greenhouses and livestock sheds in time, and pay attention to warming.

In the rainy weather in the south of the Yangtze River, the soil moisture in the wet area should be cleared in time to prevent wet damage, and the unsown early rice area should seize the precipitation gap to complete the sowing task of early rice. In South China, we should timely speed up the transplanting progress of early rice and pay attention to controlling the water layer so as to promote the early growth and rapid development of grain seedlings. In addition, crop diseases and insect pests in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River have entered a high incidence period, and all localities should pay attention to the monitoring and control of crop diseases and insect pests.
