According to the Ministry of Agriculture monitoring, April 7,"National wholesale price index of agricultural products" for 202.48, 0.07 points higher than last Friday, of which,"vegetable basket" wholesale price index for 203.62, 0.13 points higher than last Friday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in the wholesale market of agricultural products nationwide was 17.48 yuan/kg (pork wholesale price index was 159.05), up 0.1% from last Friday.

Beef 54.22 yuan/kg, down 0.2% from last Friday;

Mutton 52.19 yuan/kg, down 0.3% from last Friday;

Egg 7.69 yuan/kg, down 1.2% from last Friday;

White striped chicken 15.15 yuan/kg, up 1.7% from last Friday.

The average price of 28 kinds of vegetables under key monitoring was 3.93 yuan/kg (the wholesale price index of vegetables was 208.89), up 3.7% from last Friday.

The average price of seven kinds of fruits under key monitoring was 6.06 yuan/kg, down 0.2% from last Friday.

The average price of crucian carp was 13.68 yuan/kg, up 2.5% from last Friday.

Carp 13.09 yuan/kg, up 1.2% from last Friday;

Silver carp 7.05 yuan/kg, up 3.1% from last Friday;

Big hairtail 27.76 yuan/kg, the same as last Friday.

Today, among the 60 varieties monitored by the wholesale market of fresh agricultural products in China, the top five price increases compared with last Friday were: oyster mushroom, cucumber, onion, celery and beans, with ranges of 9.7%, 8.0%, 6.0%, 5.9% and 5.5% respectively; the top five price drops were onion, pear, pineapple, carrot and egg, with ranges of 2.4%, 2.3%, 1.6%, 1.6% and 1.2% respectively.
