In accordance with the regulations of the people's Republic of China on the Administration of Import and Export of goods and the measures for the Administration of Export Commodities quotas, the total amount of export quotas for agricultural products and industrial products in 2011 is hereby announced. All qualified quota applicants may apply to the Ministry of Commerce directly through the foreign trade and economic cooperation commissions (departments and bureaus) of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and municipalities separately listed on the State plan or directly to the Ministry of Commerce. The time for the Ministry of Commerce to accept applications is from November 1 to November 15, 2010.
