Activate the concept of modern agriculture and make the land "turn" with high benefit
In recent years, with the spring breeze of land transfer, a large number of new agricultural operators in our city have grown rapidly. However, after the land is gathered into a scale, the problems such as loose management, insufficient funds and insufficient infrastructure investment are still the primary factors restricting agriculture to become bigger and stronger. How to solve the development bottleneck of "willing but powerless"?
Find funds to prevent skillful women from making bricks without rice.
On the morning of April 9, the reporter came to the Xijing North planting Cooperative in Yuhua District. Guo Huiyong, chairman of the cooperative, was in the greenhouse to plant asparagus. Outside the shed, the new planting base has been basically completed, and parent-child canteens and picking gardens have also been built one after another, and the more than 110 mu of land transferred to the society has basically been used.
Located in the suburbs and convenient transportation, Xijing North planting Cooperative has a congenital advantage. The base has cooperated with dozens of residents in the surrounding community to mainly develop order planting and distribution. "We can plant whatever the subscriber wants, and distribute it to the subscriber's home as soon as possible after harvest, which works well."
Despite the success, Guo Huiyong still has some worries of his own. "Land transfer costs take up most of the funds, and now it is a bit difficult to upgrade some supporting facilities in accordance with the original plan." He said that cooperatives are applying to banks for agriculture-related loans, hoping to expand reproduction through external forces.
Most of the people in Feng Village, Xing'an Town, Gaocheng District are engaged in the cultivation of medicinal materials. in order to expand the industry, the village organizes the transfer of land, sets up cooperatives, and everyone unifies the sale of Fangfeng and Tiannanxing varieties. Many members have made money, and many villagers around them later joined in.
However, due to the lack of a thorough understanding of the market in the past two years, the planting scale has gone up, but the price has fallen, and the enthusiasm of farmers has been dealt a blow, and a small number of farmers have withdrawn the land transferred to the co-operatives. After joint consultation, cooperatives and farmers take the initiative to adjust to plant other varieties of medicinal materials and reduce market risk.
Attract talents to solve the "development deficiency" of operation and management
The threshold for agriculture to enter is low, but it is very difficult to be refined and meticulous, because of the lack of professionals and scientific management, it has become the "development deficiency" of many new agricultural cooperative organizations.
"with the current technical capacity of the cooperative, we can only grow a single variety of Pleurotus ostreatus. If pearl mushrooms and abalone mushrooms are introduced in the next step, we must hire technicians from outside." Wang Yinghai, chairman of Wuji County Yankai Baokang Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., said that the shareholders of the company are basically mushroom farmers in nearby Niuxinzhuang village, and they are not familiar with new technologies and new varieties.
Opposite the mushroom production base, new sterilized mushroom rooms and intelligent temperature control systems have been installed. "the supporting facilities are all ready, and in order for the new varieties to grow normally, everyone still decides to bring in high-paid experts from Shandong to guide them." In Wang Yinghai's view, mushroom cultivation is a technical activity, especially considering such factors as season, market situation, greenhouse utilization rate, and so on. With professionals, the difficulty of management and production loss can be greatly reduced.
During the reporter's visit, some developing family farms, cooperatives and agricultural companies have also encountered management problems and need to "figure it out" on their own. In this more extensive development model, many new agricultural cooperative organizations began to take the initiative to find a way suitable for their own development.
There are many professional watermelon planting cooperatives in Xiaoliu Village, Xinle City. Han Guofeng, director of the Guofeng Watermelon Cooperative, believes that there are many watermelons planted in the village, but there has not been a standardized production model for a long time and suffered a lot of losses. "in the past, melon farmers got a mixture of good and bad seedlings. after they grew up, they each sold their own melons, and customers came to pick and choose, wasting energy." This year, melon farmers finally began to plant seedlings and plants in a unified way. Because the quality of Miaozi is basically the same, the customers who come to purchase are also very worried about the quality.
Find a way to cultivate more new professional farmers
Only after the land transfer is assembled, can the farmers' cooperative organizations develop healthily? "the key is to explore a path that is suitable for the development of local and cooperative organizations." Hou Junqi of the Agricultural economy Department of the Municipal Bureau of Agriculture told reporters that when farmers' cooperative organizations are unable to solve their own development difficulties, the government should still play an active guiding role.
In recent years, the state, provinces and cities have issued a series of policies to benefit farmers, which make many people blindly follow the trend and are eager to find gold in agriculture. However, if there is a lack of understanding of the agricultural field they are engaged in, it will inevitably lead to operational blindness, resulting in poor connection with the sales market, failing to sell good things at a good price, and dampening the enthusiasm of farmers.
Hou Junqi said that on the one hand, the government should guide participants who enter the agricultural market, and on the other hand, it should greatly improve the management and technical level of practitioners. "it should not be limited to scientific planting, but also involves management knowledge such as finance, logistics and distribution, so as to refine agricultural production."
It is understood that in order to speed up the cultivation of modern farmers, our city has not only established a new type of professional farmer training base, but also carried out localized professional farmer training in various counties (cities). In particular, we select large farmers of a certain scale, family farmers, heads of professional cooperatives and production personnel of facility agricultural parks as key training objects to implement dynamic access and exit management. To build a new type of professional farmer incubation system with a sound system.
