The new rural community reflects the general trend of the development of urban-rural integration in the new period. Doing a good job in the construction of the new rural community can improve the level of intensive use of rural land and completely change the current situation of scattered layout, chaotic construction, poor environment and weak function of the village. will effectively improve the production and living conditions of farmers. However, the author found many problems in the built rural communities:

First, the formulation of community planning is unscientific, there is a phenomenon of emphasizing community construction and neglecting industrial development, and the pattern is very obvious; second, a small number of grass-roots cadres have misunderstandings in the construction of new rural communities, often regardless of the local reality. The construction is simply understood as demolishing the old and building the new, ignoring the main wishes of the farmers and adopting an across-the-board approach. Third, the original ecological environment of the countryside has been destroyed. after the start or completion of the new rural community, the trees in the original village have been cut down, and some things with the memory of rural culture have disappeared; fourth, it is inconvenient for farmers to produce and live. Some new communities are farther away from cultivated land than before, and farming is inconvenient. Fifth, in the old villages, some farmers' houses have only been built a few years, but they are demolished and rebuilt in the planned areas of the new communities, resulting in a waste of resources and increasing the burden on farmers. To this end, the author suggests:

First, adhere to scientific planning. In accordance with the requirements of promoting intensive and efficient production space, moderate livability of living space and beautiful ecological space, the layout of production, ecology and living space of the new community should be scientific and reasonable. It is necessary to appropriately increase the use of land for living, especially for housing, and draw an ecological red line.

The second is to clarify the misunderstandings. To build a new type of rural community, we should take measures according to local conditions, demolish it, change it, and move it. We should do a good job in planning and construction by relying on the original site as far as possible, avoid excessively increasing farmers' burden, cut down trees carefully, and demolish houses less.

The third is to respect the wishes of farmers. It is necessary to consider the real needs of farmers and withdraw the natural villages where farmers are excessively dispersed and whose production and living conditions are poor. At the same time, in the construction of the new area, consideration should be given to leaving a moderate farm yard for each villager, so as to facilitate villagers to plant trees to beautify the environment, increase their income and create a characteristic pastoral life.

Fourth, do a good job in supporting the industry. The construction of a new type of rural community must be supported by industry, carry out skills training for farmers and realize the transfer of employment nearby. It is necessary to improve supporting infrastructure to ensure that it is well built and that farmers are rich, so that new rural communities can truly become beautiful homes for farmers.
