In view of the grim situation of the occurrence of major diseases and pests at the spike stage of wheat, in order to further promote the "bumper harvest action for disease control and pest control in spring" and promote the timely implementation of various measures for the prevention and control of major wheat diseases and insect pests and the reduction and control of pesticides, the Ministry of Agriculture has sent seven working groups, starting from April 20, to be responsible for the whole process.
