Last Updated: 2024/11/22, Spring is coming, but many flower friends say that although the flowers have overwintered, they are in a very bad state recently, with yellow leaves and falling leaves, as if they are dying. Don't worry when you encounter this situation. I'll teach you a few tricks to save them all!

Save the money tree

The name of the money tree is very pleasing, but if the leaves turn yellow and the whole pot of flowers are lethargic, Huahua will teach you how to save them!

1. If there are a lot of yellowing branches, but the roots are not rotten, you can truncate the branches directly, leaving only 4cm above the pot soil.

2. The pruned money tree can see changes every day, and it can send out a lot of green new leaves in more than a month.

3. If there are still green leaves on the cut branches, don't waste them and insert them into the breathable soil. Keep it moist and do not expose yourself to the sun.

4. About 3-4 weeks, the leaves of the tree will grow globular rhizomes and long roots, and then transplant into a larger pot, the survival rate is very high.

Save cyclamen.

One of the most common problems encountered in raising cyclamen is root rot and black rot of flower stems. You can try the following method to treat.

1. Cyclamen rot is mainly due to excessive watering and poor ventilation. First take off the cyclamen and put it in a ventilated place to dry.

2. With a sterilized knife, cut off the rotten part of the bulb and apply some plant ash to the wound to prevent infection and make the wound heal faster.

3. After dealing with the roots, plant cyclamen back into the pot, it is best to replace it with new soil with good breathability, and the pot will soon be full.

Save the succulent plant

Succulent plants are not resistant to waterlogging, otherwise the roots are easy to rot. Insects are also often attracted on leaves, such as scale insects, root pink scale, and so on.

1. Remove all the leaves near the roots, leaving only a few layers of tender leaves on top, and cut off the rotten roots. Then soak the whole plant in carbendazim for 10 minutes, remove it and let it dry for 1 or 2 days.

2. After the succulent plant is completely dried, it should be planted in a brand new soil, because the old soil contains germs and eggs.

3. After replanting, water less. After a month can resume normal maintenance, usually pay attention to ventilation, often bask in the sun, slowly can grow new leaves.
