At a forum held by Zhoushan Wharf National Ocean Fisheries Base, Yu Kangzhen fully affirmed Zhoushan City's achievements in building a national ocean fishing base. He pointed out that the construction of a national offshore fishing base is of great significance to enhance the service and guarantee capacity of offshore fisheries, promote the transformation and upgrading of marine fisheries in Zhejiang and even the whole country, and safeguard the country's marine rights and interests.
