14.05 billion yuan in direct subsidy to farmers in 2015

In 2015, the Ministry of Agriculture issued a policy of 14.05 billion yuan in direct subsidy for farmers to deepen rural reform, develop modern agriculture and increase farmers' income. Among them, in 2015, the central government continued to implement direct subsidies for grain farmers, arranging subsidy funds of 14.05 billion yuan, which were required in principle to be distributed to farmers engaged in grain production, continued to implement comprehensive subsidies for grain farmers, and arranged subsidies of 20.35 billion yuan for improved varieties of crops, and 10 yuan per mu for wheat, corn, soybean, rape and highland barley. A total of 23.4 billion yuan will be allocated to support the moderate scale operation of grain, with emphasis on large specialized households, family farms and farmers' cooperatives.

With the approval of the relevant state departments, the National temporary Storage Import Corn auction Fair held on April 30th plans to sell 74466 tons of US No. 2 yellow corn, with an actual transaction rate of 17541 tons, with a transaction rate of 23.56%. The average transaction price is 2297 yuan / ton; it is planned to sell 292673 tons of corn from the national temporary storage warehouse in 2012, all of which are unsold. It is planned to sell 1264464 tons of middle and late indica rice in 2013, with an actual transaction of 3281 tons, with a transaction rate of 0.26% and a transaction price of 2740 yuan per ton.
