All provincial grain administrative departments should regard informatization construction as a strategic task for the development of modern grain circulation industry, strengthen the guidance for the development and construction of informatization in the grain industry in the region, actively communicate and coordinate with relevant departments such as development and reform, finance, industrial credit, etc., study and formulate local industry informatization development plans or guidance, clarify development objectives, refine specific tasks, and take measures in line with local conditions. Put forward key construction projects such as grain industry information network platform, dynamic information system, monitoring and early warning information system, warehousing enterprise management information system, storage and transportation supervision Internet of things, public information service platform, grain quality and safety traceability information system, strengthen the preliminary preparation and pilot construction of demonstration projects, ensure the effective connection of project arrangements, and strive to improve the information level of grain circulation.
