The reporter learned from the Ministry of Agriculture that in accordance with the requirements of the national inter-ministerial joint meeting on the development of farmers' cooperatives, the Ministry of Agriculture decided to carry out the monitoring work of demonstration cooperatives of farmers' specialized cooperatives, and issued a notice on the monitoring of demonstration cooperatives of farmers' specialized cooperatives a few days ago. The Circular requires a comprehensive evaluation of the operation of the demonstration cooperatives, and those who fail to pass the monitoring will be disqualified from the demonstration cooperatives, so as to ensure the advanced nature and representativeness of the national demonstration cooperatives, and to build the demonstration cooperatives into a model of brand, cooperative economy and the forerunner of modern agriculture.

The Circular points out that at the end of 2011, 6663 demonstration cooperatives of farmers' professional cooperatives jointly assessed by 12 departments and units, including the Ministry of Agriculture, the Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Water Resources, the State Administration of Taxation, and the CBRC, were all within the scope of monitoring. And put forward the monitoring standards, "in line with the provisions of Article 5 of the Evaluation measures, registration and establishment according to law, democratic management, financial management norms, strong economic strength, obvious service results, product (service) quality and safety, good social reputation and other national demonstration society standards. In accordance with the interim measures for the publicity of Annual reports of Farmers' specialized Cooperatives issued by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the annual reports shall be publicized before June 30, 2015, and there is no abnormal operation. "

The Circular requires all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) to submit the Monitoring Table for the Development of Farmers' specialized Cooperative demonstration Cooperatives and other relevant materials to the Office of the National Joint Conference by August 10, 2015.

The notice also made it clear that the number of demonstration houses to be eliminated will no longer be replenished in this monitoring and will be added in the next assessment.
