According to the seed Law of the people's Republic of China, the regulations on the Safety of Agricultural genetically modified organisms, the regulations on the Protection of New Plant varieties, the measures for the Licensing Administration of crop seed production and Operation, and the provisions on the Licensing provisions for the production and Operation of genetically modified Cotton Seeds Approved the issuance of crop seed management licenses for 29 enterprises, including Hunan Hope seed Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (see the list of 42 batches of crop seed management licenses for details), and approved the issuance of genetically modified cotton seed production licenses for 3 enterprises, including China Land seed Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. (see the list of 32 batch of genetically modified cotton seed production licenses for details).
It is hereby announced.
