As a new economic form, Internet economy has injected the power of reform into the circulation mode of traditional agricultural products in China. All kinds of positive changes caused by "Internet + Agriculture" are emerging_

The story of e-commerce entering villages to help local farmers solve the "selling difficulties" of agricultural products is constantly being staged everywhere. Cui Jingchang, a farmer in Jiulong Village, Boli County, Heilongjiang Province, recently felt the great changes brought about by the Internet. The village unsalable potatoes once amounted to 500,000 jin, has been unable to find buyers. In previous years, potatoes could be sold as seeds, but demand for seeds was reduced because of lower prices last year. Villagers also want to sell starch factory, but nearby starch factory closed down, no one bought. Seeing that it was about to rot in the cellar, the villagers were very anxious.

At this time, an agricultural products trading platform named "One Mu Tian" entered Cui Jingchang's vision. Wang Guichen, a staff member of "One Mu Tian" who received help information, came to the village to help villagers download "One Mu Tian" APP and released slow sales information. A few days later, Harbin potato buyer Mr. Fang came to the village and bought all the unsalable potatoes, which delighted the villagers.

Internet can effectively reduce circulation cost and accurately connect production and marketing, which not only gives birth to many fresh e-commerce in cities, but also brings innovative development of circulation mode for the vast rural areas. In Boli, Heilongjiang Province, Longnan, Guizhou Tongren and other places, e-commerce of agricultural products has sprung up, transforming good ecological environment into economic value through e-commerce. Many Internet companies regard rural e-commerce as "blue sea". Ali and Jingdong have implemented the strategy of "thousands of villages in thousands of counties" and "channel sinking" since last year, striving to form a two-way interactive circulation pattern of industrial products going to the countryside and agricultural products entering the city.

The development of agricultural products e-commerce in China has entered the growth period and is turning to multi-subject joint drive, from long-term wandering in information service to online transaction. At present, agricultural products production, processing, circulation and other market entities are optimistic about network sales. The role of organization and branding in promoting the development of e-commerce of agricultural products is prominent. On the basis of physical store operation, introduce e-commerce, online and offline combination, online store and physical store fly together.

Despite the rapid development of e-commerce for all kinds of agricultural products, data show that online retail sales accounted for 10.6% of total retail sales of social consumer goods last year, while e-commerce sales of agricultural products accounted for only about 3% of total sales of agricultural products, more than 7 percentage points lower than the former. It can be said that the role of the Internet in agricultural circulation remains to be further explored.

The personage inside course of study thinks, the current agricultural product standardization is insufficient, fresh logistics is not matched and information asymmetry and so on all to the Internet to promote the circulation of agricultural products constitute obstacles. First, there is a lack of uniformity in production standards and quality standards for agricultural products. The product standards, packaging standards, distribution standards, acceptance standards and quality standards of agricultural products are not perfect enough; second, some rural areas are located in remote areas, and the tentacles of logistics are not extended enough. The logistics industry of fresh agricultural products is obviously lacking in development, with uneven preservation technology, storage capacity and distribution strength, especially insufficient cold chain logistics capacity; thirdly, due to asymmetric information, buyers will have some concerns. For example, some agricultural products claim to be "organic", but in fact they are not "organic"; some say they are soil eggs, but they are not "soil". The construction of trading rules, safety traceability, claim mechanism, dispute resolution and arbitration is still insufficient.

Zhang Synthetic, director of the Marketing Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, believes that the Internet and the circulation of agricultural products are deeply integrated. We should coordinate agricultural public welfare service resources and rural socialized service resources, construct a trinity promotion mechanism of government, service providers and operators, realize accurate information to households and convenient service to villages, and explore the establishment of a sustainable development mechanism for government road construction, enterprise sports cars and residents receiving goods.

In view of the current weak links, we should speed up the construction of a trust system for high-quality agricultural products and issue laws and regulations to support the construction of an e-commerce trust system for agricultural products. Further speed up the construction of standard system, strengthen the application and control of existing agricultural product standards, and check the quality standards for the whole process of production, processing and circulation. Encourage logistics and express delivery companies to extend their business to remote areas and cultivate an ecosystem conducive to e-commerce transactions of agricultural products. Focus on solving the logistics conditions of fresh agricultural products, and give preferential policies to enterprises engaged in the transportation of refrigerated and cold chain agricultural products. Encourage the establishment of more small-scale regional fresh agricultural products e-commerce distribution bases.

Regional and seasonal "selling difficulties" are the most concerned by the society. Zhang believes that an e-commerce platform for emergency sales of agricultural products can be established. This platform should collect and summarize information nationwide, share early warning information of national agricultural products, and gather several kinds of agricultural products that need to be urgently sold together. For example, at a certain point in time, Sichuan citrus cannot be sold, but strawberry price is very good, Jiangsu strawberry cannot be sold, but citrus sells well, so "barter" trade can be carried out, and there will generally be profit space.
