There is an old Chinese saying that native land is hard to leave. After the demolition of many urban villages in Zhengzhou, the villagers hope to relocate them in their original villages. However, the people of Tangzhuang Village, Longyuan Office of Zhengdong New District, Zhengzhou City, are unwilling to return to their hometown in the demolition and resettlement, and they strongly demand to leave their village.

Garbage is everywhere and smelly, so it is no wonder that the villagers of demolition and resettlement are reluctant to return to their old places; the two committees of the "old" village are empty, while the two committees of the "new" village are "missing", so it is no wonder that the villagers have no way to complain; the office "directs" the "new" village committees to do mass work, regardless of the facts, and no wonder there are no complaints from the villagers.

It is reported that the time span from the destruction of cultivated land to the formation of mountains of garbage to the requisition of the "cultivated land dump" has reached as long as five or six years. As an urban planning area, it is impossible for cadres at all levels not to know that so many things have happened. It is a good example that village cadres are exempted from being arrested because of this.

Capable people dig land to draw sand and sell money, because the relevant departments do not dare to control, do not want to control, or do not want to do so, I am afraid only dare not control to put quotation marks. The most important asset of the village collective is the land. as the leading geese, the two village committees should restrain the behavior of the villagers. for the destruction of cultivated land by individual villagers, the two village committees should immediately think of making decisions for the people and stop these acts that are explicitly prohibited by the state. Judging from the fact that village cadres are exempt from arrest, either there is inaction, or they get a piece of the pie.

Longyuan office has a superior geographical location, and the local party committee and government must have focused on urban development, thus selectively ignoring agricultural development and declining awareness of the protection of cultivated land. Local cadres may also have a subconscious, that is, "these arable land will be expropriated sooner or later, so why make great efforts to rectify it now?" therefore, when the organization of the "garbage Patrol", which does practical work for the villagers, cannot operate because of lack of funds, the local government chose to stand idly by. Thus it can be seen that there are still problems in the concept of political achievements of some cadres, and it happens from time to time that great cadres neglect the people's livelihood. This is a sign of misbehavior.

It is said that the current "satellite film law enforcement" has been very accurate, where there is the destruction of a large area of arable land, "new" garbage dump, should be able to monitor. Moreover, there is also a new resettlement house being built after the land expropriation. Without the formalities and permits of the land and other departments, the construction may not be possible. If it is selective neglect of illegal acts, land, environmental monitoring and other departments will involve inaction.

The protection of the red line of cultivated land and ecological red line requires cadres at all levels to do something, dare to act, and take responsibility. I hope that the wish of Tangzhuang villagers to have a safe and hygienic home can be realized as soon as possible, and accountability is the most powerful weapon to "speed up".
