According to a sample survey of five counties (cities) in Heilongjiang Province, the grain planting intention of the respondents showed a trend of "two increases and one decrease", that is, the increase of rice, the increase of corn, the decrease of soybeans, and the decrease of 13.9% of soybeans.

The reasons are as follows: first, rice and corn still have the advantage of benefit. In 2014, the average net income per mu of rice, corn and soybean was 382.55 yuan / mu, 290.04 yuan / mu and 56.90 yuan / mu respectively. Farmers' enthusiasm for planting rice and corn was still very high. Second, the subsidy price of soybeans did not meet farmers' expectations. In 2014, the target price subsidy standard of soybeans in Heilongjiang is 60.50 yuan / mu, the income of growing beans is still low, farmers are not willing to grow beans, and hope to raise the target price to more than 2.70 yuan / jin.
