Mechanization in the whole process of training to determine the loss of rape harvest

On May 15, the Agricultural Machinery extension Station of the Ministry of Agriculture held a training course on the whole process of mechanization in the production of major crops in Changsha City, Hunan Province, and at the same time launched the work of checking and determining the losses of various harvesting methods of rape. Nearly 100 responsible comrades and technical backbones of the whole mechanization demonstration project of agricultural mechanization departments and extension institutions from various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) across the country participated in the training.

The training course organized the operation training of mechanized production operations such as mechanized combined harvesting, drying, ploughing and field preparation, unmanned plant protection machines, straw crushing and returning to the field and fertilizer production. Special topics explain the application and implementation management of the whole process of mechanized demonstration projects in the production of major crops, the whole process mechanized production mode, the operation of project management software and the contents of project performance management and assessment indicators.

The Agricultural Machinery extension Station of the Ministry of Agriculture, in conjunction with the National Agricultural Technology extension Service Center, the Oil crop Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and the Nanjing Agricultural Mechanization Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture, in Hunan, Hubei, Anhui, Jiangsu and other major winter rape producing areas, launched a comparative detection of the losses of artificial harvesting, mechanized sectional harvesting and mechanized combined harvesting of rape in order to find out the actual losses of various harvesting methods of rape at present. Guide the research and development of advanced and suitable rape harvesting machines and tools, speed up the popularization and application of rape harvesting mechanization technology, and promote the stable development of oil crops.

At the training course, the relevant responsible comrades of the Agricultural Mechanization Department of the Ministry of Agriculture stressed that the departments in charge of agricultural mechanization at all levels should regard the whole-process mechanization demonstration project for the production of major crops as an important starting point for promoting the whole-process mechanization activity. through the integrated demonstration of mechanized practical technology, explore the formation of full-process mechanized production mode, cultivate and develop scale production producers and agricultural machinery socialized service organizations. We will continue to expand the scale of mechanized production in the whole process, strive to improve the level of mechanization in the whole process of major crop production, and make due contributions to the transformation of agricultural development mode and the construction of modern agriculture.

The training course requires that agricultural machinery extension institutions at all levels should give full play to the advantages of technology, talents and systems, and actively carry out technical comparison tests on major links, explore the technological route, technical mode, matching equipment, operating rules and operating mechanism suitable for the whole process of mechanized production of different crops in different regions, and actively cooperate with the departments in charge of agricultural mechanization to conscientiously organize and implement the whole process mechanization project of major crop production. Do a good job in the refinement, implementation and assessment of various work indicators in accordance with the requirements of project performance management, ensure that the implementation of the project has achieved outstanding results, and provide technical support for the Ministry of Agriculture to carry out the whole process of mechanization of major crop production.
