Learn from the advanced deeds of Jiri Gala and practice the requirements of "three strictures and three truths"

On May 21, the Grassland Supervision Center of the Ministry of Agriculture held a study meeting on Jiri Gala's advanced deeds. The meeting stressed that it is necessary to combine the study of Jiri Gala's advanced deeds with the practice of the requirements of "three strictures and three realities", so as to make positive contributions to further promoting the development of grassland supervision and promoting the construction of ecological civilization.

On April 22,2015, a grassland fire broke out in Gaorihan Town, Xiwu Banner, Inner Mongolia. In order to protect the lives and property of herdsmen to the greatest extent, Jiri Gala, director of the Banner Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Bureau, rushed to the scene as soon as possible and put into intense fire fighting. Due to the sudden change of wind direction and the sudden change of wind direction, he was unfortunately swallowed up by the fire when covering the evacuation of the firefighters and sacrificed his young life.

During his four years as mayor of Gaorihan Town, Comrade Jiri Gala visited 1400 herdsmen's homes in the town. In order to improve the environmental sanitation in the town, he often organized cadres and workers and Gacha herdsmen to clean up garbage in a centralized manner, improving the living conditions of herdsmen; Construction of cement road to Gao Rihan Reservoir, road hardening project in the town and Hudnaoer Gacha Street; Construction of poverty alleviation and other various sheds 62, 149 machine wells, 2 standardized sanitary rooms, 4 Gacha activity rooms, 9 Gacha all built through the gravel road and cross-river section of the flood bridge; Twenty-two street lamps were also installed for the streets where the town is located, ending the history of no street lamps in the dark where Gaorihan Town is located for many years. In the eyes of colleagues, Jiri Gala is a good cadre who plays an exemplary role. He often takes the initiative to take on the most difficult and arduous tasks of the unit. He will personally take the lead in visiting herdsmen, investigating and researching, project construction and disaster relief. In just over 20 days as director of the Banner Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Bureau, he put forward specific implementation opinions for the industrialization development of animal husbandry and infrastructure construction of the whole Banner.

On the second day after Jiri Gala's heroic sacrifice, the CPC Xiwuzhumuqin Banner Committee awarded Jiri Gala "Outstanding Member of the Communist Party of China" posthumously. He was praised by the masses as a model for practicing "three strictures and three realities."

At the study meeting, everyone was infected by Jiri Gala's heroic dedication, and some comrades shed moved tears. Everyone expressed that we should take Comrade Jiri Gala as an example, learn from his political qualities of firm faith and loyalty to his duties, learn from his loyalty to the cause of the Party, always keep in mind his sacred duties, his heroic spirit of sacrificing his life and forgetting his death, learn from his enterprising spirit of loving his post and dedication and striving for excellence, and learn from his noble character of being modest and strict with himself. In the future, inspired by the spirit of Comrade Jiri Gala, we should really do solid work, strive to fulfill the requirements of "three strictures and three realities", intensify grassland supervision work, and further promote the development of grassland protection and construction.
