Manor story

The landowner and his son

This is a story that has an inexplicable relationship with coffee.

The landowner, Mr. John Johel Monge, is the third-generation coffee farmer in the family. When he was 15, his father gave him a piece of land as capital for growing coffee and living independently, so he naturally became a diligent coffee farmer.

However, at the age of 21, John Munger had a new ideal. He wanted to learn land surveying, so he sold the coffee farm. After completing his study, he worked as a land surveyor for 20 years. Until his retirement, the restless Mr. John Munger decided to become a coffee farmer again, buying a piece of land called San Isidro Labrador Manor and returning to his favorite childhood career.

Today, the San Isidro Labrador estate is managed by Mr. John Munger's son, Matthias Monge, on a day-to-day basis. Matthias, who graduated from college and became a mechanical engineer, worked in this field for several years, probably because of his family's enthusiasm for coffee, and finally returned to the family farm to help his father take care of the coffee business.

Exquisite management of drying

With the joint efforts of father and son, the manor has successfully participated in several COE auctions in recent years, and achieved very good results.
