The National Wholesale Price Index of Agricultural products on May 21, 2015 is higher than that of yesterday.

According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture, on May 21, the "National Wholesale Price Index of Agricultural Products" was 199.20, up 0.78 points from yesterday, among which, the wholesale price index of "vegetable basket" products was 198.58, up 0.80 points from yesterday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in the national agricultural products wholesale market was 19.03 yuan/kg (pork wholesale price index was 164.41), up 0.4% from yesterday.

Beef 53.79 yuan/kg, basically the same as yesterday;

Mutton 49.22 yuan/kg, up 0.1% from yesterday;

Egg 7.35 yuan/kg, down 0.7% from yesterday;

White striped chicken 14.78 yuan/kg, up 0.3% from yesterday.

The average price of 28 kinds of vegetables under key monitoring was 3.36 yuan/kg (vegetable wholesale price index was 187.65), down 0.3% from yesterday.

The average price of 7 kinds of fruits monitored was 6.58 yuan/kg, up 0.6% from yesterday.

The average price of crucian carp was 14.03 yuan/kg, down 1.8% from yesterday.

Carp 13.47 yuan/kg, down 0.1% from yesterday;

Silver carp 7.05 yuan/kg, up 0.1% from yesterday;

Big hairtail 27.71 yuan/kg, up 1.1% from yesterday.

Today, among the 60 varieties monitored by the wholesale market of fresh agricultural products in China, the top five price increases compared with yesterday are: Jufeng grape, celery, leek, spinach and Chinese cabbage, with a range of 3.0%, 3.0%, 3.0% and 2.9% respectively; the top five price decreases are beans, pleurotus ostreatus, tangerine, eggplant and rape, with a range of 3.3%, 3.2%, 3.2%, 2.7% and 2.7% respectively.
