In fact, from 2014 to 2017, with the support of the science and technology project of the Technology Department of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Information Policy Commission will develop a Shennong production and marketing platform, develop agricultural capital communication technology application solutions, and help agricultural operators to improve management efficiency from production to marketing. The information committee said that it later cooperated with Lin Hechun, the third-generation heir of the longevity tea factory, which is also standardizing and mechanizing the tea garden, and successfully won the support of the industry science and technology of the Council of Agriculture to start the development of the "intelligent management system of agricultural machinery."

The Information Policy Committee points out that before the development of the system, the Changsheng tea factory had introduced large foreign machinery and provided tea garden machinery for farming in many counties and cities in Taiwan, with a total area of more than 100 hectares. The information committee said that at present, the "intelligent management system for agricultural machinery" is still under development, but its phased results have attracted Japanese agricultural machinery enterprises. Taiwan-Japan Cooperation MOU has been signed with the Committee and Changsheng.
