Lin Yuping, the person in charge of Yiming tea garden, likes to call herself a "tea maker." she grew up in her own tea garden in the Oriental Beauty tea producing area, but she also fully realized the joys and sorrows of running the tea garden. After graduating from college, she naturally stayed in a big hospital in a metropolis to work as an office worker. Until she was no longer willing to live the night shift upside down day and night, the last straw that crushed her was the first blow in front of a patient's breath.

At that time, 25-year-old Lin Yuping resolutely fled the city and chose to return to her hometown to join the 70-year-old tea master Huang Wenwei as her disciple. Now, nearly 30 years have passed, Lin Yuping admitted that it was good for her soul when she decided to return to her hometown. She thought she was suitable for "wild release" in nature, so that her body and mind could return to their natural state without being squeezed. But for the real income, it is negative, because it is very difficult to make a lot of money in conscientious agriculture.

Lin Yuping thanked many distinguished people for their assistance along the way. She recalls that during the three years of learning to make tea from Huang Wen-Wei, when Master watched the weather and gave the order, "the north wind is coming up, I will soon collect the tea." Lin Yuping asked, "Why?" "but I can't get an answer.

After the heavy rain, the sun came out the next day. Huang Wenwei urged: "Today, all the tea cyanines will turn red in the sun." Lin Yuping, who doesn't know anything, asked, "Why did you bask in the sun for half a day yesterday and all day today? "there is no answer either. Lin Yuping had to conscientiously record a large stack of A4 paper "quotations" over the past three years. It was only later that I learned that it was a priceless treasure and inherited the lifelong experience of the teacher who made tea.

Under the guidance of Huang Wenwei, Lin Yuping, who studied hard, began to participate in the tea-making competition in Miaoli County and won the special prize of making tea on the spot held by the Miaoli County Farmers' Association in 1996. Since then, he has set an unbeaten record of winning the championship every year for more than ten years in a row. It even covers all the awards ranging from first-class, second-class, third-class, to "through-train" awards such as one plum, two plums, and three plums, becoming the victorious team in the tea-making competition.

During this period, she also traveled to Hsinchu County to participate in the competition, winning awards for two consecutive years, until the organizer explicitly banned cross-county and city participation.

Yiming Tea Garden launched a postcard tea card carry-on bag in 2017 with the support of the Miaochuang project implemented by the Industrial Service Center of the Industrial Research Institute. Even Shanghai is rushing to place an order for purchase. Among them, a "rose sea salt tea" is Lin Yuping recalling the story of her grandmother.

She said that in her early years, her grandmother would strictly forbid tea drinkers to touch sweets. And will personally prepare a large pot of salted tea for the tea workers. So that people who sweat and drink tea can replenish sodium and avoid heatstroke all day.
