Lin Shangwei, director of the Chinese language Teaching Center, said that language learning includes not only listening, speaking, reading and writing, but also cultural understanding. Lin Fangyi, an associate professor in the Department of Food and Applied Biotechnology, explained tea culture to the students, starting with the distribution of tea in Taiwan, introducing common kinds of tea in Taiwan, arranging a beautiful tea table environment, and leading students to show the art of tea. let overseas students actually experience the etiquette and details of tasting tea.
