Full deployment of China Grain Reserve to support the purchase of wheat in 2015

China National Grain Storage Corporation recently made comprehensive arrangements for the purchase of wheat to support the market in 2015.

A few days ago, the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments issued a preliminary plan for the implementation of the minimum purchase price of wheat and rice in 2015, according to the China Grain Storage Corporation. The main features of this year's plan are:

First, it is stipulated that the minimum purchase prices of wheat, early indica rice, medium and late indica rice and japonica rice (third-class products in the national standard) in 2015 are 1.18 yuan, 1.35 yuan, 1.38 yuan and 1.55 yuan per jin, respectively, which are the same as last year, and the implementation period of the wheat purchase policy is from May 21 to September 30. Second, the plan continues to make it clear that China Grain Storage Corporation is the main body of the minimum purchase price policy entrusted by the state, and the acquisition funds are repaid by the loan system of China Grain Reserve. The third is to continue to implement the "four common" of the China Grain Storage Branch, the provincial grain administrative department and the provincial branch of the Agricultural Development Bank, that is, the three jointly determine the entrusted storage and storage points, jointly organize acceptance, jointly be responsible for the quantity and quality of grain purchased, inventory management and sales out of the warehouse, and jointly implement the minimum purchase price policy.
