Last Updated: 2024/12/22, In the first quarter of 2015, China produced a total of 17.313 million tons of chemical fertilizer (the same amount below), an increase of 3.9% over the same period last year. Hubei, Shandong, Guizhou, Henan and Shanxi ranked the top five in output, with output of 2.7275 million tons, 1.4231 million tons, 1.3486 million tons, 1.3371 million tons and 1,131,600 tons respectively.

In the first quarter of 2015, China produced a total of 17.313 million tons of chemical fertilizer (the same amount below), an increase of 3.9% over the same period last year. Hubei, Shandong, Guizhou, Henan and Shanxi ranked the top five in output, with output of 2.7275 million tons, 1.4231 million tons, 1.3486 million tons, 1.3371 million tons and 1,131,600 tons respectively. Among them, the output of Guizhou increased the most, reaching 12.96%, while Henan increased by 8.2%, ranking second in the growth rate. The output of the other three provinces showed negative growth, with a decline of 2.66% to 5.65%.
