3. Luxi cattle

4. Qinchuan cattle

Qinchuan cattle is famous for its large physique, strong service force and good meat production performance, which is named for the "eight hundred miles of Qinchuan" in Guanzhong, Shaanxi Province. Weinan, Lintong, Pucheng, Fuping, Dali, Xianyang, Xingping, Qianxian, Liquan and more than 10 counties and cities are the main producing areas. The fur color of Qinchuan cattle is red and purplish red, and yellow is less. Qinchuan beef has good performance, and the adult bull weighs about 700 kilograms. 5. Jinnan cattle

Jinnan cattle get its name from the Jinnan basin in the lower reaches of Fenhe River in the southwest of Shanxi Province. Jinnan basin is located in the lower reaches of Fenhe River. Jinnan basin is rich in spring water and mild climate, and has the characteristics of warm continental semi-humid monsoon climate. The quality and quantity of Jinnan cattle are the best in Wanrong, Hejin and Linyi counties in Yuncheng, Shanxi Province.
