Last Updated: 2024/11/05, Bamboo leaf orchid is a good antidote in Xishuangbanna, China. Coupled with its beautiful and delicate flowers, it is deeply loved by the local people. In addition to detoxification, it has a good effect on some common diseases in daily life, and it is also a very good home decoration plant. Let's talk to my friends about how to water it correctly in daily breeding.

1. Watering principle

If it is dry, it will be watered, if it is wet, it will stop, and it will be dry properly. But each watering must be thoroughly watered, the most taboo watering half stay half, long-term so that the soil will agglomerate, seriously affecting the normal growth of plants. It is best to put the water in the sun before watering, or leave it for a few days before use.

2. Watering in spring and autumn

These two seasons are its growth period, need a lot of water to grow, should be irrigated every 2 to 3 days, the specific time had better choose around 10:00 in the morning or around 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Just keep the basin soil at 80% humidity.

3. Summer watering

In this season, the temperature is higher, the loss of water is also larger, let alone let the plants appear the state of water shortage. The basin soil should also be maintained at 80% humidity. Watering can be done once every 1 to 2 days, preferably in the morning or evening, and must not be watered in the sun in summer.

4. Watering in winter

It is necessary to reduce watering in winter and water again when the surface of the basin soil is too dry. Moreover, the water should be placed in the house for a while before pouring, and then irrigated when the temperature of the water is about the same as that in the house.

5. Points for attention

No matter when watering, do not have stagnant water or keep the basin soil in a moist environment for a long time.

If the drainage capacity of flower soil is relatively high, the watering cycle can be shortened appropriately.
