1. Proportioning and mixing

According to the formula of 1000 bags, 500kg of hard wood sawdust, 500kg of soft wood sawdust (or corncob, sorghum hat, firewood and grass, etc.), 120kg of wheat bran, 120kg of rice bran, 10kg of gypsum. The ingredients should be added strictly according to the formula, stir 3 times for 4 times, mix the dry and wet materials well, or spread the materials evenly by layer, stir and sift them, and add water at the same time, so that they can be clutched into a ball and loose as soon as they are loosened. 2. Bagging

3. Sterilization and inoculation

When loading the pot for sterilization, arrange the material bag into a "well" shape, cover it with a thin film, cover it with a warm quilt or straw curtain, and cover it with a sandbag at the top. Heat to 100 ℃ and keep it for 12 hours, and then get out of the pot and enter the inoculation room after about 1 hour. Before inoculation, the utensils in the greenhouse were thoroughly sterilized with formaldehyde, sulfur and white ash, and the inoculation began when the temperature of the material dropped below 25 ℃. One person punches holes and wipes the bag with alcohol, two people pick up the bacteria, and one person carries the bag. During this period, spray disinfectant with a sprayer every half an hour. 4. Bacteria

During the germicidal period, there is no need for ventilation in the first two weeks, and the temperature should be controlled at 8: 10 ℃. It can be properly ventilated in the 3rd and 4th week, with high temperature in the morning and evening, and low temperature at noon. The temperature was controlled below 20 ℃ in the 4th week.
