Nowadays, people's living standard is getting higher and higher, and the demand for food has also improved a lot. many businesses in the market have also begun to sell pollution-free agricultural products, green food and organic food. what is the difference between these three? Now the editor will tell you about it.

The differences among pollution-free agricultural products, green food and organic food:

1. Pollution-free agricultural products

Pollution-free agricultural products refer to unprocessed or initially processed edible agricultural products whose environment, production process and product quality meet the requirements of relevant national standards and norms, are certified and are allowed to use the marks of pollution-free agricultural products, refers to pollution-free, non-toxic, safe and high-quality food, which is called pollution-free food, ecological food and natural food in foreign countries. Pesticides and chemical fertilizers are allowed to be used in the production of pollution-free agricultural products, but pesticides with high toxicity and high residues prohibited by the state cannot be used.

2. Green food

(1) Green food refers to safe, high-quality edible agricultural products and related products that are produced in a good ecological environment, produced in accordance with green food standards, carried out whole-process quality control and obtained the right to use green food labels. Green food certification is based on the green food industry standard of the Ministry of Agriculture. Pesticides and fertilizers are allowed to be used in the production of green food, but the regulations on dosage and residues are usually stricter than pollution-free standards. Green food standards are divided into two technical levels, namely, AA green food standards and A green food standards.

(2) the AA grade green food standard requires that the environmental quality of the place of production conforms to the Environmental quality Standard of Green Food producing area, all kinds of chemical synthetic pesticides and synthetic food additives shall not be detected, and other indicators should meet the A-level green food product industry standard of the Ministry of Agriculture.

(3) the standard of A-grade green food is lower than that of AA, and the environmental quantity of the producing area conforms to the Environmental quality Standard of Green Food producing area, and adopts the A-level industry standard of green food products of the Ministry of Agriculture.

3. Organic food

Chemical synthetic pesticides, chemical fertilizers, growth regulators, feed additives, and organisms and their products obtained through genetic engineering shall not be used in the production of organic food. At present, China's organic products mainly include grain, vegetables, fruits, dairy products, livestock and poultry products, aquatic products and seasonings.

From the above, we can know that the certification standard of green food is stronger than that of pollution-free agricultural products. Organic food is the safest of the three, and it is also some food that people often eat.
