Focus of work

1. Do a good job of standardized scale breeding. Take advantage of a series of national policies to strengthen agriculture and benefit farmers, establish improved breed commercial pig base, Guizhou Shaohua pig (Suining Dongshan pig) breeding base, beef beef and sheep breeding base, poultry breeding base and aquaculture base throughout the county. Speed up the process of harmless treatment and resource utilization of aquaculture manure. Guide the construction of a new type of environmental protection breeding shed; promote clean production technology to achieve water-sewage separation, rain-sewage separation, dry-wet separation; advocate the use of bio-environmental feed; promote the comprehensive treatment and utilization technologies of culture manure, such as cultivation balance, aerobic composting, biogas anaerobic fermentation biochemical treatment and biological cushion fermentation. In 2017, we will focus on the construction of three standardized-scale breeding farms and the treatment of manure pollution in three large-scale farms.

Take Baodingshan pasture as the center, form ecological breeding demonstration sites linked by Wawu, Wuyang, Guanxia, Changpu Township, Dongshan, Hekou, Matang, Jinwu, etc., introduce Charolais, Mora buffalo, German yellow cattle, Boer goat and Nanjiang yellow ram high-yield beef sheep breeds, and implement the management model of "farmer professional cooperative economic organization + peasant household + base". Guide the manual recommendation of scale farms, popularize straw ammoniation technology, and establish ecological circulation culture models such as "crop straw-silage-raising livestock", "livestock-marsh-grain", "livestock-marsh-fruit", "livestock-marsh-grass" and so on. Build a standardized demonstration base for cattle and sheep and strive to create a demonstration county for the development of herbivorous animal husbandry in the province.

To ensure that the compulsory immunization diseases prescribed by the state, such as highly pathogenic swine blue ear disease, highly pathogenic avian influenza, livestock foot-and-mouth disease, classical swine fever, and chicken Newcastle disease, the immunity rate is 100%, and the qualified rate of antibody testing of livestock and poultry is more than 70%. Do a good job of epidemic surveillance and epidemiological investigation.

5. Do a good job of product quality and safety supervision. We will continue to carry out special crackdowns on veterinary drugs, crack down on illegal addition of "clenbuterol" and other prohibited drugs, strictly crack down on the illegal addition of "clenbuterol" and veterinary antibiotics to livestock and poultry, strictly investigate and deal with the illegal use of malachite green and nitrofuran in farmed aquatic products, and strictly regulate the use of inputs. The quality and safety of veterinary drugs should highlight the supervision of GSP, standardize the order of veterinary drug management, strengthen the monitoring of veterinary drug residues, and put an end to the ban on the use of veterinary drugs. Vigorously promote standardized production, standardized operation, identification management, and gradually achieve "production records, flow traceability, information inquiry, quality traceability". Support and guide farmers to apply for "three products and one standard" certification work.

6. We should do a good job in the construction of the breeding system of improved varieties. Speed up the improvement of pig and cattle breeds. Strictly supervise and manage the donor units and carry out technical training on artificial insemination. Enhance the heterosis between Mora buffalo, Simmental, German yellow cattle and local cattle.

7. Do a good job in the conservation of fishery resources and fishery safety. Strictly investigate and deal with illegal fishing activities such as sesame fish, fried fish and medicinal fish, actively organize and carry out artificial multiplication and release of aquatic organisms, strengthen fishery ship inspection and production safety management, and develop and guide fishery practitioners.
