Earthworms are beneficial insects. Earthworms, known as "ecosystem engineers", form numerous reaction circles in and out of the body through feeding, digestion, excretion and burrowing, thus affecting the biological, chemical and physical processes of the ecosystem. In the ecosystem, earthworms are not only consumers, decomposers, but also regulators. Earthworms devour a large amount of soil every day, absorb rotten leaves and small organisms in the soil, and then excrete the soil, making the soil loose and fertile, which is very conducive to the growth of crops.

Common are copper green beetle, Korean black beetle, brown beetle, dark beetle and so on. The beetle is the general name of the family Scarabidae. More than 30,000 species have been recorded in the world, about 1,200 species in North America, and about 1,800 species have been recorded in China. These pests have many species, wide distribution, miscellaneous feeding habits, hidden life, strong adaptability and different life histories, so they are difficult to control and can be found on the mainland except Antarctica. Different species live in different environments, such as deserts, farmland, forests and grasslands.
