Last Updated: 2024/11/06, Corncob is made of corn cob threshing process and then through strict screening, with uniform organization, appropriate hardness, good toughness, strong water absorption, good wear resistance and other advantages, but easy to break in the use process. So, what is the price of corncob in 2018?

Corncob is made from corncob threshing and strict screening. It has the advantages of uniform structure, suitable hardness, good toughness, strong water absorption and good wear resistance, but it is easy to be broken in the process of use. So how much is the price of corncob per ton in 2018? What does it do? Can it be used as feed? How do you make it?

If the price of corncob is of origin, it only costs about 300 yuan per ton. if it is far away from the origin, it will need to add up the transportation fee, and the wages and profits of the traffickers in this area will add up to 700-1000 yuan per ton.

There is also the quality of corncob is also very critical, the price of good quality will be higher, after the rain processing will be poor, the price will be lower.

Corncob can be used for polishing, drying and drying of glasses, buttons, electronic components, auto parts and magnetic materials. The surface of the machined workpiece is bright, the finish is high, and there is no water mark on the workpiece surface.

At present, in the high-tech industry, corncob is rich in cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin, so it has been used in papermaking, biological sugar and other industries.

In addition, corncob can be divided into large, medium and small sizes, which can be used with lighting equipment and drying equipment.

The method of making corncob

1. Grinding and soaking: choose the corncob of the year 100 kg to grind into fine chips, the size of which is similar to that of beans, and soak in a soaking tank for 1 hour or 2 hours, so that the corncob can absorb and expand, and the amount of water absorption will reach about 40%. After soaking, remove the billet and put it in bamboo baskets and baskets, then rinse with clean water, drain and steam in the upper drawer.

2. Steaming: when steaming in the upper drawer, first spread the soaked corncob crumbs and cover them with a layer of wheat bran or chaff, the amount of which accounts for about 10% of the billet, steam for 20 minutes, mix with 10% cold water, mix well, then steam for 40 minutes. Then mix 10% cold water to soften the billet and steam it thoroughly.

3. Mix malt milk: when the steamed billet is spread to 65-75 ℃, it can be mixed with malt milk. The billet spreading temperature takes the high limit in winter and the low limit in summer. The production of malt milk: first soak 15kg of barley (preferably two-rowed barley in the same year) in clean water for 2 hours, if the water temperature is too low, the soaking time should be appropriately extended, the soaked wheat grain is spread on a bamboo plaque, about 1 cm thick, and the barley is covered with a wet cloth to keep warm for 25 minutes and 30 ℃ until the barley germinates. When the malt grows to two and a half times the length of the dry wheat grain and the bud changes from white to green, grind it into milk with water, and the amount of water added is about twice that of the malt.

4. Saccharification: after mixing malt milk, the lower cylinder of the billet can be saccharified, and the saccharification tank should be able to keep warm for 16 hours. The saccharification temperature should be kept at about 55 ℃ after feeding, and the temperature can be raised appropriately in the later stage. After the saccharification, the sugar solution was released to concentrate to make Yee.

5. Concentrate and make Yee: release the concentrated sugar liquid at the bottom of the saccharification tank as far as possible, filter it immediately, and then boil the sugar in the pot to concentrate. Sugar dregs can be used as feed. When boiling sugar, the firepower should be fierce at the beginning, with the concentration of the sugar solution, the firepower should be gradually weakened, and constantly stirred to prevent coking, and finally boiled over low heat until the desired concentration. About 50 kg of marshmallow can be made from 100 kg corncob.

Can corncobs be used as feed?

The nutritional composition of corncob: 54.5% sugar, 2.2% crude protein, 0.4% crude fat, 29.7% crude fiber and 1.2% minerals.

Therefore, corncob can be used as feed. Using corncob as pig feed, you should first use a grinder for processing and crushing, and the finer the powder, the better, preferably in the form of powder. When feeding pigs, first soak in water for a period of time to soften them, then add Shenzhong em starter to ferment, and then add 8% to 10% of the pig diet, which can be gradually increased to 30%.

Fermentation methods: 1, crush the corncob; 2, soak the corncob in water for about a day (or not); 3, ferment: first stir the starter with rice bran; 4, stir well with the crushed corncob; 5, finally find a container or fermentation bag to seal fermentation for about a week.
