Commonly known as "native chicken", "local chicken". A general term for all breeding chickens that are fed with non-artificial antibiotic feed, are not ripening, and can be raised within a certain range. What is the standard of ecological stocking environment? How many square meters does it take to raise 2000 chickens?

What are the environmental requirements for ecological stocking?

1. Topography

In the plain, we should choose a place with high, dry, flat and open terrain. Avoid low-lying, wet, poorly drained areas. The groundwater level in the stocking area should be low.

In hills and mountains, you should choose places with higher terrain, leeward and sunny, and gentle hillsides. Mountain stocking needs to avoid places prone to geological disasters, as well as slope bottom, valley mouth and tuyere, so as to avoid the attack of mountain torrents or torrential rain.

2. Soil

Any plot of soil and soil can be stocked as long as it is rich in forage resources and non-low-lying moist land. In order to ensure the health of the chicken, in addition to the sloping mountains and hills, it is better to use sandy soil to prevent the accumulation of water in the field after rain and cause mud and affect the health of the chicken.

3. Source water quality

There must be clean and adequate water near the site, which is convenient for access and protection. During the stocking period, it is necessary to ensure adequate and high-quality drinking water, especially in outdoor areas with sparse vegetation and sufficient sunshine, frequent wind blowing and dry climate conditions, the amount of drinking water of chickens is greater than that of indoor cages. The most ideal water that can be drunk after treatment or slight treatment.

The best source of water is groundwater, which is transported by tap water pipeline. the surface water sources include river water and lake water, which need to be treated when in use.

4. Topography

Due to the implementation of large-scale farming, the area of grazing land is as large and wide as possible, not less than 30 mu, and there is no need to choose polygonal plots that are too narrow or have too many corners.

5. Vegetation

Choose places with high growth density or high coverage of wild or artificial forage grass. The best place in the vegetation is where there are a large number of grass species that chickens like to feed on, especially weeds. It is best to choose places with good quality of wild grass in orchard farmland and woodland, and other places need to be improved artificially.

6. Stocking density

Ecological stocking of firewood chickens is very important to determine the appropriate breeding density. The stocking density should not only make full use of the biological resources of the mountain farm, but also do not affect the ecological balance. The actual density of woodland stocking is adjusted according to vegetation conditions and management methods. In general, the stocking density is 50 per mu, 200 birds per mu. The grasp of feeding density should be adjusted according to the growth of chickens, the proportion of artificial feed and the growth status of flocks.

How many mu does it take to raise 2000 chickens ecologically?

1, stocking area, each square at most 1 chicken, you need at least 4 mu of land, the better. You'd better plant some trees to shade the chickens from the rain. Also consider whether it is necessary to block to prevent chickens from damaging other people's crops. The cost of blocking is 10 yuan per meter.

2. Chicken coop, each with 30 chickens per square meter and 70 per square meter chicken house with 80 square meters. The cost is 5000 won 8000. Pay attention to the topography of the chicken coop and do not accumulate water.

3. If the old-age hen needs to consider the place where the hen lays eggs, the area needs to be larger.
