Last Updated: 2024/11/05, Many people have raised this kind of flower, it is very lovely, especially its flowers are very beautiful, but we know that as long as it blossoms, it is easy to die, so many friends do not know what to do with it after it blossoms. I'm worried about it dying. So what should we do?

I. Post-flowering treatment

It usually needs to be planted for five years before it blossoms, and it needs other plants to pollinate it, so if you have only one such flower in your family, it will not blossom. It should be noted that the plant will die after flowering, but its lateral buds will still survive.

If you are willing to let this kind of flower in your family blossom, you should note that even if the species are different, they can be pollinated successfully, but unlike other genera, they generally do not match successfully. After it blossoms, you can choose to pull it out, or cut its lateral buds to replant a new life.

Second, how to prevent it from blooming

If you want it to survive longer, you can not let it have a chance to blossom, you can generally remove its flowers and arrows.

1. Don't feel distressed, use a little more strength, and it doesn't matter to remove the parts below the flowers and arrows. In this way, the probability of growing intact lateral buds will be a little higher, and if you are reluctant to cut it, it will have no effect.

2. After removing the flowers and arrows, if the root grows well and you take good care of it, it will grow lateral buds for about seven to fifteen days. During its growth period, it will grow lateral buds, usually three to five, very healthy lateral buds.

3. If the lateral buds are normal, then the green plant will not blossom, then it can survive longer and will not blossom any more for the time being. generally speaking, there is more than a 80% chance of success.

4. The cool spring and autumn seasons are the fastest time for it to grow. If the weather is hot, it will sleep in summer and stop growing for the time being. We should give it shade and ventilation. If it is a cold winter, reduce the frequency of watering. If it is below zero, it should be moved to the home to help it through the cold winter.

Getting rid of the flower arrow is the best way to keep it alive. If you want to see it blossom and do not want it to die, it is very difficult to achieve. After all, nature has its own laws, and we cannot impose changes.
