Director Lin Hsin-fa pointed out that the Changqing canteen in the community has been in operation for four months. at present, there are 120 people serving meals from Monday to Friday, and anyone who has reached the age of 55 can enjoy free meals. Occasionally, enthusiastic residents will provide fruits and vegetables, fish and shrimp, and so on, which is really a great welfare for community residents.

The director said that he hopes that the Changqing canteen can continue, and that it can also provide pick-up service for the elderly with mobility disabilities in the future, but at present, due to insurance and other problems, it needs to be carefully assessed, and the current operation of the canteen will move towards a more sophisticated direction. for example, catering for vegetarians is not comprehensive, but it is also the goal that the Community Development Association has been working hard for, although the canteen has been in operation for only four months now. But the effect is very good, watching the elders in the community eating happily, they feel very satisfied! Therefore, we should continue to stick to the right things to make the life of the residents more stable and better.
