Isuzu jade, also known as yellowstick leaf flower, baby toe, is a relatively expensive succulent plant, so how to raise Isuzu jade? What are its breeding methods and matters needing attention? Will you die after blooming?

First, how to raise fifty suzuki jade? What are the breeding methods?

1. Reproduction

(1) ramet propagation

The Isuzuki ramet must wait until the mother plant is big enough, and when the ramet is planted, the wound must be dried before planting, so as not to cause rotting roots due to wound infection, so the loss outweighs the gain.

(2) sowing and propagation

Generally speaking, around April in spring and before October in autumn, it depends on the temperature control of sowing. 10 ℃-25 ℃ is the best.

Isuzu jade should be sowed with soil with loose air permeability and good water retention. I adopt the simplest soil allocation method: 1 part of red jade soil, 1 part of vermiculite and 1 part of coarse sand. In general, it is not suitable to use pure sand or soilless cultivation medium, because the plant is very small after seedling germination, it will not grow well without nutrients.

2. Watering

Appropriate watering during the growing period, controlled watering in summer, the method of watering had better use the soaking basin method, water supply from the bottom of the basin, the water level should not exceed 2/3 of the flowerpot, about 15 seconds, watering time, when you see foliar atrophy, wrinkle phenomenon can soak the basin, you can also use foliar spray.

3. Fertilization

Fertilization is usually applied once a month in the growing season (spring and autumn).

4. Temperature

The suitable temperature for growth is 15 ℃ ~ 30 ℃. It should be kept in a cool and ventilated place in summer to avoid stagnant water in the roots and direct sunlight at noon. Keep the ambient temperature above 5 ℃ in winter and reduce watering or no watering.

II. Matters needing attention in the culture of Isuzu jade

1. Beginners can use the soaking basin method to water, and the water supply level from the bottom of the basin should not exceed the 2GP3 of the flowerpot, about 15 seconds. If the permeability of the basin soil is poor, it is best to soak half wet. But soak basin watering should not be used frequently, just once a month.

2. When you see the wilting and wrinkling of the leaves, water them in time, and the leaves will recover slowly after 6 hours. Record the time when the leaves wrinkle and water them a little earlier next time to avoid this phenomenon.

3. The sandy loam with no fertilizer, loose and too many particles is required. Be careful not to water from above in summer, not to water on rainy days, and not to get caught in the rain. Rooms with heating in winter can be properly watered.

4. Fertilization should be combined with watering, and the granular fertilizer should be melted in the water, or mixed with liquid fertilizer, directly irrigated, pay attention to the frequent application of thin fertilizer, do not apply large fertilizer at one time. Fertilizing 5-6 times a year is fine, and the specific time can be determined according to the growth of the plant.

5. Ensure at least 5 hours of light every day. If you encounter continuous rainy days, pay attention to ventilation or artificial incandescent lamp lighting.

6. The common diseases are leaf spot and leaf rot, which can be sprayed with 600 times diluent of 65% Daimen zinc wettable powder at the initial stage of the disease; root-knot nematodes and ants are harmful to pests, and root-knot nematodes can change the basin soil or kill the soil at high temperature; it can also be cultivated in a pot to prevent ants from climbing up the plant.

Will the succulent fifty bell jade die after it blossoms?

Isuzu jade will not die after flowering, flower friends can rest assured, can rest assured to enjoy the flowers.

There are only two functions of Isuzu jade flowering: one is to appreciate it, and the other is to bear seeds. I believe many flower friends want to try pollinating Isuzu jade in the hope of bearing seeds. What I want to tell you here is that Isuzu jade is cross-pollinated. It is necessary for two plants of Isuzu jade to bloom at the same time. If only one plant is safe to enjoy the flowers.
