Fish farmers all have a headache, that is, fish disease. How to identify and prevent many common similar fish diseases? Next, the editor of Tuliu.com will take a look at it.

I. intestinal bleeding

The early appearance symptoms of grass carp hemorrhagic disease and bacterial enteritis are very similar, the diseased fish body color is black, the body surface is slightly congested or bleeding, wandering alone, swimming slowly, loss of appetite, open fish abdomen, both see intestinal congestion. The difference is that at the time of biopsy, the former has better elasticity and less mucus in the intestinal cavity, and microscopic examination shows that there are a large number of red blood cells and pieces of exfoliated epithelial cells in the intestinal cavity, while the latter has poor elasticity and more mucus in the intestinal cavity. microscopic examination showed that there were few red blood cells and some necrotic epithelial cells in the intestinal cavity.

To prevent and cure the hemorrhagic disease of grass carp, 0.3 grams of chlorine dioxide per cubic meter of water can be used to pour wine into the whole pool and use it again every other day; at the same time, every 100 kilograms of fish should be fed with 0.5 kg of rhubarb, Scutellaria baicalensis, Phellodendron Phellodendri and Radix Isatidis every day, plus 0.5 kg of salt for 7 days. Or every 100 kg of fish with 500 grams of Sanhuang powder (50% of Phellodendron chinense, 30% of Phellodendron Phellodendri, 20% of Scutellaria baicalensis) for 3 days as a course of treatment, and 2-3 courses according to the treatment effect. For the prevention and treatment of bacterial enteritis, 1 gram of bleach or 0.3 g of Youjing can be used for the prevention and treatment of bacterial enteritis, and 0.5 grams of allicin for every 100 kg of fish can be mixed into 10 kg concentrate, once a day for 3 days as a course of treatment for 2 consecutive courses. Or every 100 kg of fish with 2 kg of dried andrographis paniculata (3 kg of fresh grass), beat into pulp, and then add 50 grams of salt to 100 grams of mixed feed, divided into 2 times, feeding for 3 days.

Second, rotten Gill

The appearance symptoms of Gill mildew, bacterial Gill rot and parasitic Gill rot are basically similar, the body color of diseased fish is black, especially in the head, the mucus on the Gill is increased, the Gill filament is swollen, and in severe cases, the end of the Gill filament is defective and the cartilage is exposed. In the late stage of the disease, the three are easy to distinguish, bacterial Gill rot, inflammation and hyperemia of the epidermis in the operculum, and the middle part decays into an irregular "skylight", but there is no other two.

Microscopic examination shows that if there are a large number of parasites, it is parasitic Gill rot disease, and if there are white worms like fly maggots hanging at the end of the Gill filaments, it is often Chinese scab. A large amount of mucus secreted by the Gill is Cryptotrichum, oral filariasis, rotifer, oblique tube worm, third generation worm or ring disease. If the color of the fillet is whiter than that of normal fish and slightly reddish, it is Gill mildew. Microscopic examination shows that the hyphae of the pathogen enters the Gill tissue or blood vessels and cartilage to grow.

To prevent and cure mildew, about 30 grams of quicklime can be used per cubic meter of water, dissolve water and pour wine in the whole pond, pay attention to timely injection of new water, keep the water quality fresh, and use mixed compost instead of human dung and cow dung to cultivate water. For the prevention and control of bacterial Gill rot, 1 gram of bleach or 0.3 g of Youchujing can be used to pour wine on the whole pool of water per cubic meter of water, or 500 grams of rhubarb can be soaked in 10 kg of ammonia (0.3%) for 12 hours, and the whole pool of water can be spilled with a concentration of 2.5 grams of rhubarb per cubic meter of water, or Chinese nutgall can be poured into the whole pool of water after being mashed with water, and the concentration is 2 grams per cubic meter of water. To control parasitic Gill rot, for oblique tube worm, rotifer and oral filariasis, the mixture of copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate (5:2) can be used to pour wine into the whole pool of water, for ring worms and third generation worms. For the Gill disease caused by Chinese mackerel, 0.2 grams of strong insecticide can be used to pour wine on the whole pool of water per cubic meter of water.

Third, white head and white mouth

Bacterial white head white mouth disease and wheel disease the former disease fish body color black, floating on the shore, the top of the head and mouth around the white, serious decay, and often occurs in the fish bacteria stage and summer flower stage; the latter fish is large: part or whole body is white.

To prevent and cure bacterial white-head and white-mouth disease, Chinese nutgall can be used for each cubic meter of water, soaking in water for 30 minutes and then ferrying wine in the whole pool; or 2.5 grams of rhubarb per cubic meter of water, soaking rhubarb in 20 times 0.3% ammonia water overnight, then sprinkling the juice all over the pool. To control rotifer, the mixture of copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate (5:2) was sprinkled on the whole pool per cubic meter of water.
